Online ticket sales are available until the end of Thursday, November 21. Tickets will be sold at the registration tent during the conference for 500 PLN, payable by cash or card.

𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲:

During the two-day Conference (November 23-24, 2024), enjoy a rich program of lectures, exhibitors, and other activities. Over 40 exhibitors will present their latest equipment, and 45 speakers from around the world will share insights on diving topics.

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

The Baltictech 2024 Conference will be held at the Main Library of the Naval Academy in Gdynia.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Free parking at the Naval Academy Library for conference participants, open from 6:00 am on Saturday, November 23, with limited spaces.

𝗢𝗻-𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲:

Upon arrival, head to the heated registration heated tent hall to pick up your attendee package, including a ballot for the prize giveaway. Enjoy an exhibition by Michał Mroczek and booths from MEWO, the Military Diving Training Center, and Ocean Tech Dive.

𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽:

The Baltictech 2024 shop will offer conference memorabilia such as T-shirts, pouches, and mugs, payable by cash or card.

𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲:

A heated tent with catering will provide meals throughout the conference. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available, payable by cash or card.

During the Conference, we offer a full range of meals. Breakfast will be served from the morning on both Saturday and Sunday. Snacks, lunch, and hot and cold beverages will be available throughout both days. Dinner will be served on Saturday evening. Vegan and vegetarian options available.

𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Traditionally, awards will be given for best recreational and technical instructors, CCR instructor, diving event, and dive center/base. Submit your ballot by Saturday at 3:00 pm.

𝗕𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆:

Join us Saturday after the awards ceremony for networking and informal time at the exhibition booths.

𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿:

Attendees can tour the Academic Center for Underwater Technology, with limited spots for two Polish-speaking groups and one English-speaking group. Sign up via the form emailed to registered participants will start on 12.11.2024—first-come, first-served.
