Ina Santala Jordbru is the 6th generation owner of Plura Farm, home to the renowned Plura Cave. With a background in nursing and travel & tourism, Ina has brought her diverse expertise into managing and developing the business at Plura Valley since its startup in 2016. As the daily manager, she has played a key role in shaping the dive center and the farm, driving business growth and innovation. Since discovering her passion for diving in 2016, Ina’s leadership has been instrumental in the success of this unique diving destination, blending her family’s rich heritage with modern tourism and adventure.
Jani Santala Jordbru
Founder of Black Duck Diving and Co-owner of Plura Valley
Jani Santala’s diving journey began in 1988, sparked by a childhood fascination with Jacques-Yves Cousteau’s books. With over 5,000 dives under his belt, Jani is recognized as one of the foremost experts in cold water cave diving, holding the highest instructor ratings from both SSI and TDI. Since 2013, Jani has been a full-time diving instructor, traveling the globe and exploring some of the most extraordinary and remote underwater environments. Specializing in overhead diving, Jani co-owns Plura Valley Dive Center in Norway, built around the renowned Plura cave system. His passion for diving, exploration, and teaching continues to inspire divers of all levels.
